Any external and unforeseeable event (disaster, strike, network failure, etc.) suspends the obligations of the parties.
If the event lasts more than 3 months, the contract may be terminated.

ARTICLE 18 – DATA PROCESSING AND FREEDOM OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
