Free delivery is offered for orders over €69 in mainland France and to relay points.

Safwa Boutique prepares and ships orders within 24 business hours after receiving payment.

Exception: during periods of high activity (sales, promotions, Ramadan, Eid…), delivery times may be exceptionally longer.

Products are shipped subject to availability.
In the event of a breakage, we will contact you regarding a replacement or a refund.

Delivery times may vary depending on the carriers' conditions.

2. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

2.1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code ,
You have 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving a reason.

2.2. Return conditions

The products must be:

In perfect condition
Not used
Not open
In their original packaging
Returns must be sent within 14 days of the cancellation request.

2.4. Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .
Unless the product received is defective or incorrect → in which case, a prepaid return label will be provided.

2.5. Reimbursement

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
via the same payment method used for the purchase.

2.6. Ineligible Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom products
Opened items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (such as perfumes, cosmetics, etc.)
Sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery
