Safwa Boutique ships to the following regions:

  • Europe
  • International destinations
  • Overseas territories (DOM-TOM)

Some destinations may be temporarily unavailable due to logistical constraints.


2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

During peak periods (sales, promotions, Ramadan, Eid, etc.), processing times may be extended.


3. Shipping Methods

Shipping is handled by our logistics partners, including:

Customers can choose between home delivery or pickup point at checkout.


4. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimated:

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • selected carrier

Shipping is free from €69 for pickup point delivery within France.


6. Order Tracking

Once the order is shipped, the customer receives an email with a tracking number.

This allows real-time tracking of the shipment.


7. In-Store Pickup (Click & Collect)

In-store pickup is available at:

Pickup is free and usually available within 4 business hours after order confirmation.

Customers receive an email when the order is ready.


8. Delivery Issues

Package not received

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, the customer must contact Safwa Boutique as soon as possible.


Damaged package

Customers must check the condition of the package upon delivery.

In case of damage, it is recommended to:

  • refuse the package
  • or note reservations with the carrier

9. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

In case of incorrect address:

  • reshipping costs will be charged to the customer
  • no refund will be issued if the package is lost due to incorrect details

10. Delays and Force Majeure

Safwa Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • strikes
  • weather conditions
  • logistical disruptions

11. Governing Law

This policy is governed by French law.

In case of dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

The French version shall prevail in case of discrepancy.
