Hibiscus flowers, a treasure in your glass!

The Hibiscus Sabdariffa is a magnificent flower of a brilliant purple red. Originally from Africa, it is commonly called Guinea Sorrel, or Roselle. It is also grown in Southeast Asia, but also in Egypt, Mexico and Central Africa. Thus, depending on the country where this plant is found, it has different names. The Guinea Sorrel can reach up to 3 meters in height. And what is most interesting in this plant, are its flowers. Indeed, hibiscus flowers are picked to recover their calyx. And it is precisely this part of the flower that will be used... in a drink! So we make a drink based on hibiscus flowers very popular in many countries.
