The Purification of the Soul – Shaykh 'Abdel-Mohsin Al-'Abbâd Al-Badr

Allah has sworn by more than ten immense signs and immense creatures that whoever purifies his soul succeeds, and whoever corrupts it fails.

The meaning of دَسَّاهَا (he corrupts it) is: that he degrades it, plunges it, and makes it vanish by casting it into low, vile things, sins, and disobedience.

Thus, the purification of the soul is of great importance, and it is incumbent upon the Muslim to fulfill it with precision.

On this subject, dear brothers, I briefly indicate some important foundations, conditions, and rules concerning the purification of the soul.
